Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change unexpectedly. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your cleaning appointment. If you need to cancel, we require 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee, credited towards your next appointment. Rescheduled appointments must be made within 5 business days. For recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), skipping a scheduled cleaning may require extra time, possibly incurring a higher rate.
