Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, we require 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee, credited towards your next appointment. Rescheduled appointments must be made within 5 business days. For recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), skipping a scheduled cleaning may require extra time, possibly incurring a higher rate.
